Jacky F. Dunn D.O. has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director, and a director of BIOMED since its inception in 1998. Dr. Dunn is an actively practicing physician for the past 32 years. His practice includes general medicine, emergency medicine and industrial medicine. His medical experience has allowed him to witness firsthand the end result in patient outcomes if there is a delay in medical treatment. He believes that, in many cases, if early detection had occurred through diagnostic testing, an unfavorable outcome could have been prevented. This intense interest in early detection and disease prevention caused Dr. Dunn to devote all his free time to founding Biomed.

Dr. Dunn also served as the medical director of a neutriceutical company, and as a result, he knows the value of being able to document the effectiveness of nutritional supplements. Having lectured nationally on the effectiveness of nutritional supplements in the treatment of various disease states and through their use in his own practice, Dr. Dunn understands the need to provide documentation, a “Wellness Report CardTM”, to individuals who take an active interest in their own health outcomes.

President
Ron Calcagni, former legendary quarterback of the Orange Bowl championship Arkansas Razorback football team of 1978, joined the Biomed team in January 2007 as President of Biomed Personal Metabolic and Nutritional Testing, Inc. Mr. Calcagni was the President of the Arkansas Twisters and the Arkansas River Blades for five years. Having been a collegiate and professional coach at all levels, including coaching the Heisman Trophy winning quarterback, Andre Ware, he has demonstrated he is a proven leader. His experience as President of professional organizations as well as his experience as Director of Marketing will be extremely valuable as our company develops long lasting relationships throughout the state and nation.

Vice President of Finance
Rick Cogburn brings over 21 years of financial services experience to our Team. Mr. Cogburn has served as the Chief Financial and Investment Officer for 15 banks in Oklahoma, Texas and Arkansas. His securities registrations to include: NASD/SEC, General Securities Agent, General Securities Principal, Registered Options Principal, Registered Financial and Operations Principal, Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and Certified Senior Advisor add years of financial expertise to our abilities to make appropriate decisions for our companies’ future. In addition, his experience of having been a Board of Director for public companies brings years of wisdom to our team. Mr. Cogburn is a Native American and will bring integrity to our company as we bring our wellness programs and biomarkers to the Native American population and to the Delta Regional Authority to improve health and well-being in the 240 counties throughout the eight state delta region.

Chief Financial Officer
John W. Stottman, Jr., Chief Financial Officer of BIOMED, joined the company in December 2001. John Stottman, a practicing CPA, has over 21 years of accounting and auditing experience. He is the president of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and recently had the honor of being selected to sit on the panel and write questions for the national CPA certification examination. He is the past Chairman of the Board of the Arkansas School for Mathematics and Science. He brings a great deal of practical experience in decision-making, financial analysis and cost accounting to Biomed.

Legal Advisory and Ethics Committee Chairman
Murl Smith, J.D. has been a practicing attorney and business entrepreneur for over 30 years. Mr. Smith is a devout Christian and Sunday school teacher for 30 years. He brings that spiritual quality to our company which insures fairness and respect for all associated with Biomed. He has extensive experience in mortgage and real estate law and has owned as many as 30 Wendy’s restaurants including the first Wendy’s in Harlem, New York. He is actively involved in the area of e-commerce. He will be invaluable to Biomed during their growth phase, in their efforts to market directly to consumers via the internet and through other e-commerce alliances.

Director of Computer Operations and Systems Analyst
Petuel Hong has been an expert in computer software design and implementation for ten years. He has designed, placed in operation and maintained computer software for the Baptist Hospital Laboratory system and for physicians’ offices throughout Arkansas. His software, AML Labsoft™, allows the physician’s office to be linked to the hospital laboratory through the Internet. He has also developed the practice management software, DocLogic™, which is an exclusive electronic medical record and transcription system. His expertise will be critical in the development of the data banks necessary to track the individual’s Wellness Report Card.™

Industry Analyst and Consultant to the President and the Biomed Board of Directors
Ron Hart PhD brings an incomparable degree of expertise to the company. His selection as one of the 10 outstanding leaders in science and technology in the United States resulted in his selection to serve as the United States Delegate to the United States and USSR (Russia) Leaders Summit during which he was the Chairman of the Science and Technology Commission was only one of numerous accolades he has received. Only some of the other awards he has received are the Letter of Commendation for Outstanding Service (Office of Science and Technology Policy) Executive Office of the President of the United States, Governor’s Award for Outstanding Service to the State of Arkansas, the FDA Award of Merit (three times), Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award, Bose Medal, Department of Health and Human Services, FDA recognition of Invention Award and the Award of Merit from the International Cancer Research Society; also among the few of the over two dozen national and international awards and recognitions are the Karl-August-Forester-Preis of the German Academy of Science and Literature, bestowed upon him.

Dr. Hart and his scientific achievements have been featured in a number of popularized books, magazines and television specials. Dr. Hart founded and managed, at The Ohio State University, what became one of the largest internationally recognized research complexes in that institution’s history with competitive research grants totally over seven million dollars.

Dr. Hart has made in excess of 450 Keynote and Plenary Session Addresses in the field of basic research and management of scientific organizations. He is credited with penning in excess of 650 manuscripts, 250 abstracts and various book chapters. He and Hillary Rodham Clinton conceived the concept for a regional science and technology residential school for Arkansas and he served as the Chairman of the Board of that institution. In fact, Dr. Hart has served on a number of Board of Directors, including Telescan, Inc (a Paul Allen company), Wireless Services, Inc. ( a Steve Wood company), First Commercial Bank (Little Rock, Arkansas), e-School Solutions, and Mindography, Inc. He was one of the initial board members of Telescan, Inc, a co-founder of FarCountries.com and serves on the Advisory Board of VoiceNet, Inc, WaterChef, Inc. as well as others.

Dr. Hart was the previous Director of the National Center for Toxicological Research, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services and was the Distinguished Scientist in Residence for that prestigious Governmental Organization. While at the National Center for Toxicological Research he applied for and received in excess of thirty two million dollars in extramural research between 1984 and the present. Grantors included the American Cancer Research Institute and The National Institute on Aging, National Institute of Health. The disciplines covered under these programs included physiology, intermediary metabolism, drug metabolism, DNA metabolism including damage, repair and expression, apoptosis (natural cell death) and immune response.

Dr. Hart serves on the teaching faculty of numerous international universities, including Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia), Cairo University School of Medicine, (Cairo, Egypt), Strang Cancer Prevention Center, (Rockefeller University), Guangzhou Medical College, (Canton, PRC), University of Udine School of Medicine, (Udine, Italy) and the College of Medicine, (University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences). Dr. Hart has also served as the Scientific Advisor to the President of the United States. Obviously Dr. Hart’s vast experiences both in the United States and internationally, will be extremely important in new product development, company mergers, and expansion into the arena of E-Commerce.

FDA Compliance Officer and Chairman of the Professional Advisory Council
Jerry Larkowski, J.D., is a very well respected Attorney at Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, as well as Special Judge in Little Rock and North Little Rock. He is also the attorney for the Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police. He is well respected in Arkansas having received the Governors’ Excellence Award In 1989. His vast experience will bring a certain flavor to the Professional Advisory Committee which will invite the rapport and excitement necessary to insure the creative flow of information from the numerous professionals anxious to provide their ideas for implementation.
